Channel Sales

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for H3C overseas markets sales development, marketing development planning & channel partnership planning
  • Channel management for distributors, as well as focus channels and major account development
  • Responsible for developing & following the targeting of partners & customers, promoting the H3C overseas sales strategy & advantages

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of working experience in the IT industry; networking vendor experience is preferable
  • Strong English communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentations
  • Ability to work in intimate and transparent collaboration with R&D, sales, product and post-sales teams
PA & Office Admin

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistics of nationwide business trips, managing office supply and daily maintenance
  • Prepare and process complex expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policy. Follow up in a timely manner with related departments and professionals regarding the processing status of expense reports, and inform professionals in a timely manner
  • Make travel arrangements effectively, including hotel accommodations, air tickets, local transportation, local work visas and other visa applications; demonstrate a strong forward thinking ability
  • Manage schedules and extensively arrange, coordinate and give updates on complex meetings for professionals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • More than 3 years of related experience working at a multinational company
  • Good PC skills and ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create complex spreadsheets and advanced documents
  • Ability to speak & write in English
Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support sales productivity and the deal flow by securing “technical closes” for complex solutions
  • Responsible for achieving a quota made up of the combined expectations for sales, resources, markets and supported channels
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraise new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s products to competitors’ products
  • Obtain product market share by working with the sales team to develop product sales strategies
  • Provide information to management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
  • Provide client user assistance and training as needed
  • Develop network and systems documentation/proposals as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, electrical engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of work experience in networking
  • Excellent communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentations
  • Ability to work in intimate and transparent collaboration with sales, R&D and post-sales teams
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently and highly self-motivated
